How I work
Discovery first.
Most automation problems aren't really technical — they're about understanding the workflow well enough to know what to build. I spend real time on this before writing a line of code.
Security-conscious by default.
I assume the data I'm working with matters. Every project gets clear thinking about access, storage, and audit from day one — not bolted on later.
Iterative, not big-bang.
Small working pieces that prove value quickly, then expand. I'd rather ship something useful in a week than something perfect in three months.
